Embodied
coaching sessions.
When thinking is not enough, the body becomes a place to perceive and decide.
The body has its own form of intelligence.
It does not simply execute decisions; it plays an active role in how we perceive, understand, and act within situations.
Our decisions are not solely the result of cognitive processes, but emerge from the interaction between attention, sensation, environment, and relationship.
I work one-to-one with individuals — professionals, leaders, and those navigating personal or professional situations — through the body, in both movement and stillness.
This work is particularly relevant for those going through moments of transition, complexity, or decision-making, when answers are not immediately clear and thinking alone is not enough.
It helps to clarify a situation, regain a sense of orientation, and act with greater precision, grounded in a more direct perception of what is at stake.
Sessions are experiential. We begin from what is present: a situation, a question, a tension, or a decision. From there, we work through attention, movement, posture, and sensation, allowing you to observe how you respond, how you position yourself, and how your actions take shape.
Rather than applying predefined models, the work unfolds from your experience. Through the body, patterns become visible — ways of anticipating, holding back, or organizing action. As these are recognized, decisions become clearer and more grounded.
The process also includes clarifying and working with concrete intentions. Instead of defining goals only conceptually, we explore how they are experienced in the body — what supports them, what resists them, and how they can be enacted in a way that is both precise and sustainable.
Over time, this work develops a more attentive relationship to perception, a greater capacity to navigate complex situations, and a more direct way of acting — not from abstraction, but from within experience.
